Engage Bella Life Style through one of three services for your new build or renovation project. These include visual and written brief collaboration, home design consistency and styling, product selection, colour schemes, and layouts and floorplans. Read on to see which service is right for you.
Product Selections
$150 per hour
We’ll meet at the showroom of your choice to walk through products that would be right for the aesthetics of your space. Together, we’ll ensure your selections are cohesive with the rest of the home. We don’t charge for travel time within the Perth Metro area or take a commission percentage on your purchase, saving you money (leaving you with more to invest in the perfect products). This package is ideal for homeowners who are happy with the feel of their home and simply need a professional opinion on some key products, or someone starting completely from scratch making foundational selections for a new home.
Home colour & design or styling consultation
$300 per hour
Considering lighting and the mood you want to create, let’s strategically choose the perfect colours for your space. We’ll also advise on style and design options, and how to blend your new colour selections with these aspects. You’ll receive a follow-up report outlining recommendations so you can easily move on to the next steps, as well as email and phone correspondence. This package is designed for homeowners looking for professional input as they rethink or create their space.
Home completion
$1050 for five hours
You’ll enjoy a one-hour planning and design consultation, a one-hour colour and style meeting, as well as three hours of product research and selection recommendations. This comprehensive package is ideal for homeowners seeking in-depth design and styling as they completely overhaul or create their space. We’ll explore product selections, floor plan layouts, colour schemes, lighting, and discuss a style theme.
