OCTOBER PHOTO ALBUM- Are you a warm or cool palette?
Your skin tone and hair colour determines the colours that look best on you. White, Yellow, Orange, Pink, Red and Green all have a warmer and cooler version of the hue. Blue and Blue-Green are cool colours however by lightening the tone to one that is similar to the tone of your hair the colour will work with your natural palette whether you are warm or cool. Metallic colours have a warm or cool blend also. Silver is cool and Gold is warm. Rose Gold is suited to warm or cool skin tones. When wearing florals consider both the background and the floral colours. Remember a few things with colour- Firstly your hair and make up can influence a neutral skin tone to be warm or cool. Your skin also changes over the years so review what works on you each season.
Secondly, contrast is what makes colour pop so be open to a cool colour if you’re warm and a warm colour if you’re cool. Consider your hair tone and eye colour as you may have a colour there you can work with. Also, blending colours to skin can look washed out so try contrasting pops for accents like nails, a bag or pendant.
The supplier name is below each image.
